RecommendedI had an amazing experience at Subaru of Portland! I was assisted by and absolute sweetheart named Donavan! He was very attentive and friendly and made me feel comfortable in my questions and concerns about buying a new car. He was honest in his approach and listened to my needs. I found the perfect used Subaru Forester XT. (Pretty sure he was just as excited as I was when we saw it on the lot) 10/10 do recommend Subaru and specifically would go to Subaru of Portland to see Donavan!

Lauren was my salesperson and she was super efficient and helpful, as well as wonderfully sensitive to my needs as a disabled person shopping for a car that would work with my physical limitations. Absolutely recommend her especially for physically disabled people navigating the often overwhelming world of car purchase.

Took our 2016 Forester that we just bought to have a couple recalls fixed that the previous owners didn't have fixed and they gave me a 2020 fully loaded Outback as a loaner through the weekend. The service was great they let me know a couple filters were also in need of replacement so I had them replace those while it was there as well.

During our "winter storm event" I inadvertently let the "magic smoke" out of the windshield wiper switch on my wife's 2010 Forester. ("Bad Form!" as Captain Hook would have told Peter Pan.) The car was duly scheduled for post-Snowpocalypse service to correct the problem, detail the car (a birthday present for the owner - a very reasonably priced service), plus addressing any other pending maintenance issues. Looking for a legacy xt touring which are apparently hard to find. Went to Subaru of Portland and worked with Lauren Hirshowitz who worked tirelessly to find the perfect one; including driving all the way to Washington to pick it up. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or that I was being asked to compromise what I wanted. This is the third Subaru we have purchased from this dealership. If there is another one in our future, we will certainly come back!!

Robert was a great car salesman. I felt we worked with financing to get me the best fair deal. He installed car seat for grandchild. I highly recommend this no pressure dealership.
