RecommendedMy service contact was friendly and told me how long the appt. would be and even came once to waiting area to give me an ETA on when car would be done.Waiting room is quite large and a beverage station.

RecommendedI REALLY like that they have the same service advisor, as often as possible, work with you from the time you drop your car off to when you pick it up. That person also sends texts and updates you. My advisor this time was Kevin and he was GREAT! Very congenial and fun! I also like that it is VERY easy to schedule an appointment online.
