Our last new car purchase was 17 years ago, so with lots of trepidation, I started the process online to find my new Crosstrek. A couple of local Subaru dealerships were very aggressive and gave me anxiety, but not Donavan McMillin. He promised it would be an easy and relaxed buying experience- and it was! The amount of communication was just right and it took a few weeks, but he got me the color and style that I wanted. I'm a happy new member of the Subaru family now!

Great service. Friendly and helpful. Fixed recall issue and gave us a loaner. Also replaced defective battery and did scheduled service. In and out without hassle. Employees wore masks, and we were socially distanced for payment.
