our first room smelled like smoke and i do not smoke cigarettes they had to give us a room across the hall which was much better but they should enforce non smoking if they're is a non smoking rule

Housekeeping knocked on my door twice between 10-11 am. They tried twice to enter my room while I wad naked. They ignored the "privacy" sign. I came for peace and quiet; and to not be disturbed. (Everything else was superb: the room, breakfast, popcorn, etc.)
This is my second time there and absolutely still love it. I’ll definitely book my next stay here the next time I come.
