I highly recommend the Summer House memory care facility at SV in Cupertino for your loved ones. The systems they have in place are consistent and individually tailored. Summer House staff are caring and it's like they become an extension of your family. Special shout out to Sandra, Juanita, MaryLou, Jeany, Aki, TT, David, Roma & Caroline. Bonus: the rooms are private.
there are no words that can encompass the amount of appreciation I have for the amazing staff at Sunny View. They have taken such amazing care of my grandmother as she reached her 100th year during a global pandemic. Months would go by where I wasn't able to see her and they did such a good job keeping her safe, calm, happy and engaged while the rest of the world seemed to be falling apart. My dad lived in Los Altos over 60 years. He had many opportunities to visit friends in retirement communities all over the county. When it came time to make the move himself, he chose Sunny View. He really liked the neighborhood feel, the elegant but casual surroundings, and the friendliness of staff and residents. He enjoyed the excellent food, the gym, and the lovely landscaping as well as his roomy alcove apartment. Our family accompanied him through the intake process and visited him regularly. My mother has been at Sunnyview almost 5 years now. She's been very happy there. There are so many activities offered it keeps her busy and she enjoys that. The grounds are lovely and relaxing. The staff has been wonderful and efficient. The food is great too!
