I brought my dog in at one in the morning because he pulled his nail off. The staff was amazing. They took him right back and took care of the situation. They were very friendly and got the job done. Thank you for helping my boy!
We had to bring our little Mo in on an emergency basis because of a neurological issue. The staff was caring and compassionate and the surgery Dr. Demuth did saved our little guy's life. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
My 18 month old doberman was just not right...with her odd symptoms my regular vet wouldn't see her and referred me to summit. I called and got an appt with a neurologist that worked with my schedule. Very nervous I took her in, counter staff were extremely kind and helpful even with my girl squawking her displeasure in a new place she didn't understand. Went back to a very comfy room. I just want to take the time to thank the staff at Summit Vet Referral. Especially Dr. Pagano who cared for Marley's cancer and Dr Pryde in the ER who cared for Marley today. Everyone on staff was very kind to us during this difficult time. They explained everything to us, and and expressed their condolences. What a great place! From the professional and friendly reception at the front desk to the consistent updates from the technicians, to the meeting with the doctors, to the superb care and concern for our mini dachshund, Gracie, that had spine surgery, we had a very positive experience! They really made us feel like our pet was the only one they were helping! Couldn't be happier!
