Our dog had cataract surgery and lens replacement. The staff was compassionate and extremely accommodating, and the eye surgeon was amazing! Nothing but praise and good words for everyone at the hospital! Highly recommend!! There's nothing these guys can't do!
We had to visit Summit because our vet could not squeeze our dog in for an emergency visit. Our Max had mast cell cancer and wasn't doing well. We brought him in and the vet gave us our options. Because we did not want Max to suffer we decided it was time. The staff was so kind and compassionate. It was hard on both my husband and I. We cried a lot and struggled to let go. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs for my Laboratory. She is older and has arthritis in her back legs. Also a nasal tumor that is large and it's cancer. My Dr. has been amazing and knowledge. The acupuncture has helped with the arthritis and my dog has a pep in her step. The office is clean and modern. I would most definitely recommend this place.
Took my chi here to have a hot spot looked at because I wouldn't be able to get her in with our regular vet the next day and she was pretty uncomfortable. Didn't know the hospital was there first off, it's way off of the main road. But once there the staff was super nice, explained that the initial exam was $95. They took her back and I filled out paperwork. The whole place is extremely clean and updated. She was allergic to fleas. Total bill was $170 with med and injection. I called in to schedule a neurological consult on a foster dog of my rescue's. I assumed it would be a lengthy wait for an appointment. They offered me one that week, on a Saturday! The facility is beautiful, the staff kind and helpful. My wait was short and the Dr. spent a long time explaining everything to me. She explained further tests would be costly for an answer but it would be just an answer, not a cure. The staff here is more than sincere, caring and friendly. Just last week, we had to bring our beloved 15yr old pug, Moto, in due to bloat. They assisted him in crossing the Rainbow Bridge after an giving him dedicated care. Losing a family member is never easy for us, but knowing that they genuinely cared about your baby made it easier to swallow.
