My husband and I just wanted to take a moment to express our deepest thanks to all the staff that we encountered yesterday. We had to bring our dog Schooter into the emergency department. Unfortunately we had to put him down. We really wanted to give our most sincerest thanks to Dr. Madeira for showing us such compassion, patience, and understanding to us during one of the most difficult decisions we ever had to make. We recently had our puppy in to see Dr. Demuth for an emergency, (where he could hardly walk or move his neck). Dr. Demuth did an MRI and spinal tap to diagnose him with SRMA (steroid responsive meningitis). We were devastated to say the least, but the experience was made bearable with Dr. Demuth's sincere compassion . We feel like our puppy is in the best hands possible with Dr. Demuth. I cannot say enough nice things about summit. My dog Sailor spent alot of time there the last month. And Dr. Demuthe (neurologist) was wonderful, very caring and helpful. Thank you all so much for the wonderful care you gave Sailor.
There are not words to thank the folks at Summit enough!! Our dog Ginger had a surgical mishap by another provider a few years ago and everyone at Summit took exceptional care of her and played a huge role in her recovery!! They were incredibly kind to us and turned a nightmare into a positive experience!!
I cannot recommend summit enough. Our cat spent ten days with them and three procedures for bladder stones. Not only was the staff very knowledgeable explaining everything that was going to happen but also very kind and caring. After every procedure they called right away and let us know how it went. I have never met a staff that has comforted us like they did when things didn't go exactly like planned. Thank you summit for saving our baby's life and keeping my husband and I sane.
Already took both my dogs there for many different reasons and everytime it was great! Recently my dog had a very bad inflammation going on on his right eye and Dr. Kice (ophthalmologist) did a wonderful job. His eye is 100% now!!!
