I bought a 7KW solar system from Sun Badger and it took about 6 months from start to finish. No delays. The city inspector cleared the project on the last day of install. It took about 3 weeks for the power company to come and inspect. No issues. The electrical inspector said he would recommend on 2 contractors to install solar and Sun Badger is one of them.

Sun Badger Solar was the right choice for me. The entire process was handled extremely well. You are updated daily and have a designated team for each step along the way assist you with preplanning, inspection, permits, installation, Federal/State, and most important workmanship/product. My system was installed 18 months ago and I highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience. They were the first company I checked with when going solar and after the first meeting I didnt even bother looking for another : ). They spelled it all out for me. How the panels should go on the house, how the installation process works, how the rebates workeverything. Do yourself a favor and have them come out and youll see what Im talking about.

The process started very smoothly, and as long you understand all the factors, there is very little required from the customer except for your contracts and SRECS and the installation, as they will need access to your house. In my case, our installers were excellent, particularly their manager (Ryan), who always maintained excellent communication and diligence. Our salesman was pretty good, but some things got lost. So glad we went Solar more importantly so glad it was with Sun Badger. Many of our neighbors have done installs with SunRun, and they are sloppy. Our array is stunning on top of delivering awesome results. The install crew was meticulous and really taught us a great deal more about solar. Sun Badger also did an excellent job of managing the paperwork side of the install dealing with ComEd as well as all the government paperwork It was a pleasure doing business with these folks.....!

Working with Sun Badger Solar was a very positive experience. I believe the part of the process I appreciated the most was the communication...from the beginning of the project to the completed project. All the techs and the electricians were on time, polite and willing to answer any questions I had. They also cleaned up after themselves in a first rate manner. I highly recommend Sun Badger Solar if you're considering an install.

Every aspect of the experience--from initial contact to the final wrap-- up was seamless. Communication was first rate. Someone always got back to us and someone always knew the answers to any questions. There were delays in various stages due to meter shortages and weather but those were communicated to us and were not unexpected. The crews were careful, professional, cleaned up and really enjoyed their work! Now the sun needs to work its magic.
