It was a very positive experience, beginning to end. The process was very clear, the pricing was great, the right-level of engagement before, during, and after were all commendable.

Sun Badger Solar saved us at least $7K over what our more local company wanted to sell us and they provided us a higher quality product, with more education and less pushy sales. Their customer service overall was very good, though at times it felt like there was a breakdown in communication between them and our local building inspector, which made things take a little longer than they should've between installation and actually energizing. After vetting two other companies, we are not disappointed in our decision to go with Sun Badger Solar. They truly put the customer first, are incredibly communicative and upfront about costs and the project timeline. They also are just excited to get your system up and running as you are. They have an incredible referral program and do not have a sales team that constantly pester you, which I really like.<br /> <br /> <br />

The customer service was fantastic to make the entire process very easy. Very knowledgeable team and they were not pushy at all. We had different experiences with other vendors and are glad we went with Sun Badger!

I examined several companies when exploring whether to go with solar panels. I had a friend who recommended another company, but I was most impressed with Ann and Sun Badger, as they had not only had competitive pricing, but are a strong company that is growing. They install solar panels in more than one region to ensure they their installers are working year round. Ann answered so many questions I had and was transparent in all of her responses. Overall a good experience. Communication could have been a little better during the project. My panels are working great! Can't wait to see my Xcel bill go way down. Brenda was a great salesperson and Lindsey was very helpful after my panels were installed.

I am happy so far! My install went well and I think our panels look great. We are covered with snow right now, so can't really say much about our production yet. Looking forward to seeing that soon. The prices were higher than others in the area, but I believe I received better equipment and was willing to risk the increase for a more superior product.

Due to our roof type, the local municipality, and several other factors wh had a difficult install. But Sun Badger was fantastic about communication about possible problems and unforeseen problems that popped up. They were incredibly professional and were a joy to work for. I interviewed around 8 different solar companies and Sun Badger stood out from the rest. I would defiantly go with them again if I need more.
