They were professional from beginning to end. They communicated well. There weren't any major issues from beginning to end. They are very thorough. I highly suggest going with them!
The sales presentation seemed more honest and factual than a competitor. All team members from sales to installers to support staff were very cordial and customer oriented. Everyone responded quickly to answer questions. The equipment seems top quality and the installation job was top notch. The cost was slightly lower than a competitor. Overall, very good value on price, product, and service.
The sales reps were very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question my wife and I had. When we hit a snag with our town's rules, Sun Badger was able to work through the issue with the permitting department and adjusting the design. We didn't have to do too much...Sun Badger and their subcontractors took care of most everything. Any questions or issues we had during the project were addressed quickly. Our electric bills are already seeing significant reductions...especially when it's really sunny.
Sun Badger was top notch from the first meeting until my solar was commissioned. We were shopping for solar for about a year and finally settled on sun badger. We had a great experience with Sun Badger. We were referred by friends who were the first in the area, two years prior. Communication was good the whole way through the process, from info meeting to proposal to project design and install. Fresh Coast Solar did our install, during the pandemic. We’re glad to be solar and looking forward to our credit and rebate.
Sun Badger Solar was excellent in every respect. I called them because they handle the solar panels that I wanted after investigating. Jared explained the system and we talked extensively about what to expect in the whole process. Sun Badger's sales personnel gave us a good explanation of what our system would be and how the payback worked. We were the first home in our development and understand, the first Sun Badger installation in Florida. We knew Sun Badger Solar did not have any employees doing the installation work and we were fine with having an experienced subcontractor from Tampa, complete the work.
