Was told shutoff valve was broken and needed replacement. A neighbor was able to get to operate properly without need to remove

I am replacing a tub with a shower and called Sun Plumbing a month ago. Was told that they were booked a YEAR in advance for home remodel projects. After assuring Tammy that it was just a tub, she got the approval of the Service Manager to schedule. We spike several other times, sent pictures of the job, confirmed and reconfirmed days before. The day of the job I called at noon to ask where they were??? Was told by Tammy that after seeing the demo pictures tbey couldn't do the job. WHAT? Supposedly the Service manager ... read more

I did call you twice that afternoon (3:30pm and 4:20pm) to discuss my issues/concerns and left you a voicemail each time. Since I didn’t hear back from you, I had no choice but to take you off the plumber’s schedule. Do not use this company! Vindictive if they do not earn your business. They were not welcome on my property and walked right inside home without even knocking. The service was canceled 48 hours prior, but they did not get the info from admin person.

Ceiling pipe repaired but Never pressure tested…repair failed one month After ceiling was replaced @ $500… Here we go again…Wish it was tested properly prior….

Good morning Kenny, I have reviewed your account and I see that we did come out in August and did a temporary repair, the condo association paid for the work. On August 30, 2021 we gave the condo association a proposal for section of water line that needed replaced. The proposal clearly states the repair done earlier was a temporary fix. The condo association never had Sun come back out to finish the work. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, we were never told to come back to finish the job. I have dealt with Sun Plumbing for about 20 years, but no more. They have priced themselves out of the market ($418 to replace a kitchen faucet). Although they came out to install a replacement hose right away, there was a week's lag time on the previous 2 calls. Washing dishes in a bathroom sink is not fun. They are not as responsive as they used to be and don't treat long time customers fairly.
