Two weeks after they snaked our toliet it is blocked again. And they will not unblock it . They want $580 more to do it again. They are thieves! They were bought out and are a terrible company now….

As a customer for years I am very disappointed how I was treated. I agreed to a $400.00 toilet install but once my old toilet was removed, it was discovered the new toilet wouldn’t fit. The plumber stated it would cost a couple hundred dollars to reinstall the new toilet and he wouldn’t charge me for installing a new supply line for my guest bath. Once the old toilet was reinstalled in my master bath, he used the old supply line and didn’t caulk around the toilet along the tile. I was told it would cost 269.00 after the 5% d... read more

Was grossly overcharged. $337 for 20 minutes to replace a $50 part. Used to be a good company, was bought by a corporation. Now ripping off everyone. Do all plumbers charge $337 to replace the insides of a toilet? You can buy the part for less than $50 at Home Depot. Call locally owned contractors only!!

Your rep was pleasant and prompt…he was there to give me an estimate on installing.a tankless electric wh, he starts with disparaging all tankless wh. Then recommends a 55 gallon wh, his recommendation was for one priced at &4300. When I decline, his estimate for my installation was $1200. Other plumber estimates have been around $600. This for putting together the 3 valves and a filter, decommissioning my current wh and hanging up the tankless wh. I called you guys on recommendation from my neighbour.
