The counselors and staff were, without exception, friendly, compassionate and concerned. I think that Mike and Jodie deserve appropriate kudos. there were a few communicative hiccups, particularly between pharmacy and nursing, medications that were prescribed were not available for several days, that was somewhat frustrating. There were additional failures to communicate to residents what the topic of some groups were and whether or not such groups were, in fact, taking place. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I felt very safe. The office staff was very efficient in the intake process. Groups were held every day, the therapist were very knowledgeable. Mike, the TA was a terrific. Nursing staff was so attentive to my needs, it was surprising. I recomend Sunrise House to Anyone seeking help.
This place has done more then enough for me. The beginning was rough because I didn't understand the process but the staff helped me understand and now I'm on my way to recovery. Thank you Sunrise House.
