The Staff at Sunrise House is Amongst the Greatest Staff I have ever encountered . The Respect given to me has been Above and Beyond. I didn't feel like a Patient. They made me feel like a Human Being. I'm incredibly Thankful and Grateful.
This place saved my life. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would def recommend if you need help.
in forms of recovery it was good, the whole medical staff were great. the ta staff were very good. one of my major concerns was the lack of any accountability, multiple times i complained about the lack of soap and towels in the only male bathroom. the issue happed a few times during my stay. sleeping on the same sheets for 4 weeks should not happen especially in the age of Covid 19. some of the staff let one person take over many groups (DON) i felt sometimes i was a guest of his recovery. My care at this facility was nothing short of life saving. The care through Detox and Residential was a bit overbearing to the layman’s perspective. I, especially enjoyed the cooks Diane, Kim, and Michael. They made the best of wheat they had to ensure a great experience in nutrition. The TA’s were compassionate and kind to their charges. They, like everyone else, were understaffed and had to walk a fine line between guest satisfaction and corporate restraints.
