Stay Away The website is very deceiving, only one buffet with hardly any food, we had to eat mainly breads & food items were not replenished. The alcohol selection was limited as well, & I never saw any snacks throughout the day. The website says all inclusive includes access to their other 3 resorts, but that only means the facilities, food & alcohol is not included. Just Average I stayed for one night at this place then moved out - the gap between reality vs, how they promote themselves is huge. Something as simple as asking for a bottle of water was met with the response "we don't have bottled water" - what???

Not the place to stay for a true vacation experie. We were very unimpressed with the hotel service and staff. The hotel is part of a time share and if you don't partake in the presentation, you are treated differently. My husband and I checked out three days early and went across the street to a true resort where we were treated great! Not a quality resort My Wife and I just got back from Cancun. We went there to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. We had a great time In Cancun but boy do we have a story to tell! Our recommendations? STAY AWAY from he Sunset. If this is your first vacation to a “resort” you may be impressed but I have been at hotels in Karachi, Pakistan where the food, staff, rooms and facilities are an order of magnitude better than this place. Horrible hotel don't stay there! The hotel has no beach . It's super small , the food is the worst American food I have ever tasted and the staff won't even apologize when it's the hotels mistake . I have stayed in many hotels in cancun and this one by far was the worst . Never going back !!

UMPLEASENT EXPERIENCE I requested to be switched to the Sunset Royal, because i got two levels on the room wich it was not suitable for my 85 years old mother and also it has cockroaches and I was charged $35 p/d because of the hotel switching.
