Definately at lower end of all inclusives. Would never recommend this resort location, No beach (lagoon side) , small pool, food was very poor at best, service was very slow and unresponsive, entertainment shows were decent. Property was clean. Overall just a low end all inclusive. We just got back 1/3/17 so this is very up to date report.
Not as it seen in the pictures, only the location The hotel is old and the stuff are not willing to help, all they care is if you tip them or not, Or if you gonna participate in their timeshare presentation, once you decline, they don't like you anymore, Very basic "all inclusive " We've been to Mexico many times, all parts, We NEVER had such a bad experience like we had from this hotel, The only good thing is the location of the hotel, close to playa tortuga, and not to far from the center, STAY AWAY!!!

Won't be back for sure When we arrived instead of mini-bar we found a cockroach in the empty fridge in our room. The A/C didn't work and the shower as well. Two adults and 2 kids had to share one bottle of shampoo daily. We purchased all inclusive, however every time we went to the bar, we were not greeted nicely. We were very unimpressed with the hotel service and staff.
Sucks. Bad food, cheap alcohol, service not that great. And its not on the beach. Was at mandala beach club and there was a shooting within feet from us.

Look some place else! Our flight got delayed and when we got to the hotel we had to order pizza because they don't have room service during the night. The shower was terrible and i had a really hard time giving my 5 year old a shower. i literally needed to hold him up to the shower head and my wife wash the soap off. The towels were different shades of white. I don't think they ever bleach them. The deal was two beds not one and a dirty couch the fotos was a lie, the rom was not what we asked for, I ask for and payed for two beds not one and a couch and to make worse it was a dirty couch in a smelling basement with cold shower! Travelosity should have take the lead on my first call instead of make me spend all morning making calls!
