It was kind of a mess Orbs should not I repeat should not have anything to do with excursions and activities. Everything is apparently separate from the actual people who run the excursions and they had no IDEA what we payed or didn't pay for. I thankfully didn't purchase but my companion did and she went through a lot trying to book the activities that were already payed for! People were hit or miss friendly, if they felt like they were going to get something out of it. Good price for all inclusive tho. Can't beat that. But... read more

Poor poor security in hotel. When being seated for breakfast they did not ask for our room number. Waitress seated us, we left our purses at the table and we came back one minute later and they were gone. I lost debit cards and we also left a camera. Overall $1700 was stolen and my accounts were drained. Anyone could have walked into the diningroom because no room numbers were asked for at the desk. Staff seemed concerned, but we don't think they even filed a police report.

bad experience It was a really bad experience It has not beatch is lagoon only, swiming pool to small. It has only one restauran open. They forsed you to go for an orientacion for RCA or time shar, is mandatory when you are booking in this hotel. Wich I din't know, I got my all inclisive package from sat, to sat and they kicked me out on friday,17 my plane was booked until 18th. So it was bad, bad experince. I don't recomend it and is not cheap at all.

Worst hotel/ motel EVER!!! It was a disaster. Had to walk up 41 steps to fer to my roon. No eleveator at motel ( cannpt even be considered hotel$ Electricoty and water was out one evening for approx 6 hrs. Would not compensaye me at all saying they had no lower level floors and it wasnt their fault the electric went out. Unless you speak spanish, they cannot understand. Only about 10% can inderstand english, but not evem good. Wi fi only in Part pf the lobby about 10 feet of space. No beautoful water. This motel is on a lago... read more

Remote Island of peace and absolute isolation At first, you see beautiful display of mixed exotic vegetation and a nice cozy little white houses. However, soon enough you find out that everything is not so perfect as it seems. At our arrival at the airport the transportation Company (G L) did not have our names at their list even when we had our vouchers. DO NOT STAY HERE The staff will treat you great -- if you're interested in buying a timeshare. If not, and you just booked through Expedia, they will treat you like dog poop.

Fun but go somewhere else It is a nice place for a "spring break" getaway. The food was very good. There are several pools and they allow you to swim up to the all-inclusive bar. The hotel is directly on the beach and the grounds are well kept. Unfortunately, there are several aspects of the hotel that made the stay mediocre.
