The work was great and the price was fair, but that is not the most important part of the review. The owner of this company and their employees stand by their word. Miscommunication and mistakes can happen even with the best intentions, but Superior Fence and Rail consistently did the right thing throughout the entire process. We have a beautiful fence to enjoy for years to come, and we will only be using and recommending Superior from now on.

Great experience from the initial quote process with Henry through install with Luis's team. We asked for an install-day adjustment to the fence length, and the team at Superior helped us understand the cost and source the additional materials quickly. The finished product is exactly what we wanted.
Showed up on time and got right to work. Took all the debris with them except what I wanted. Got 90% of a large fence done in one day. Very nice people despite the language barrier.
Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars to this company, I wish there was more. From the first appointment for an estimate till the job was complect, I had nothing but pleasant experience dealing wit knowledgeable, professional people that are striving to get job done at its best. Prompt and professional responds to phone calls and e-mails, high quality materials, fest and clean job. Especial THANKS to Travis. I will defiantly recommend this company. #1 Want to give a big thanks to Paul who came out to do all the measurements and steps and even as far as letting me know they will get/file my permit. It would been extra just so everyone knows, but they would do the paperwork very professional knew what he was talking about and helpful is what sold me on getting the gate. #2.
