Took 3 visits to get the correct battery replaced. We had to tell them which battery was the replacement, they were putting in a lower capacity one. Then they left the heat shield off. They claimed Lexus had the wrong battery listed as the replacement

Greg nor Aj will call back. The loan officer has a lot to learn this is my 3rd car from Superstition and I have never had service like this ! May go to another dealership for next car

We bought the car over a week ago and the dealership still hasn't installed all the apps for Sirius radio, Carplay etc. These should have been done during the cars Certification Process before the car was released to us. I have spoken to two employees about this and it still hasn't been completed.

As usual, the service representative, was awesome. What was terrible was the owners of the car dealership now charging to use credit cards. We already pay a premium to get he car serviced by them. We will now go somewhere else.

Part and labor was extremely excessive. Car design could be much more accessible to the part.

Was told I had some thing I programed wrong. Third time I took in for no ac in rear. Air in rear has worked one time since this appointment. Has been like this since January, 2024.

Beware of Superstition Springs Lexus and Alan Rogers (Service Consultant) I had an extremely disappointing experience with Superstition Springs Lexus and their service consultant, Alan Rogers.
