The service was great however I didn't like that they charged me for cleaning their shop towels and they charged me for using my credit card.

Tried to price gouge me by over $10,000 until I showed them a realistic offer sheet from another dealer, then they came around immediately to match the price. tried to add on meaningless dealer costs items including lying about window tint. They said "ceramic tint" but only did the front 2 not all 4. Slimey. Sold me a car as new that had come from another dealer who put over 200 miles on it as a tournament loaner without disclosing any of it.

They able to correct the problem of my car after so many times they do it. It's upsetting. Now I can't drive my car because of that problem. Makes me mad.
The vehicle I wanted was up for sale, then turned out the vehicle didn't even pass their inspection. They broke down the fees and were charging a crazy doc fee (999.00) and wouldn't budge on it. We discussed a set price, by the time I agreed, they said the vehicle couldn't pass and they wouldn't sell it to me. The vehicle was listed for several days after I was told this, their excuse was those running rh dept were on vacation and it was out of their control. Seemed a bit questionable.

Stereo on a weird channel, seat adjusted as the individual was laid back cruising in the car, interior not cleaned well and A DENT IN THE PAX QTR PANEL
While they serviced and detailed my car ok the issue being I was told over the phone and in person it would take approximately 2 hours. I reiterated both times I had an appointment to get to. My car was actually ready and parked in front prior to the 2 hours but no one informed me. When I went to investigate he said he had 2 red Lexus and mine still being detailed. I told him to get it as I was out of time. When he returned he discovered mine was finished and was in fact the one parked in front. I will not be back!

I have been dealing with a manufacturing issue and have received no support from this dealership. Drove a brand new car for 5 days before taking in to a Lexus dealership on 10FEb and since then we are almost in the end of MAR and the car still at my local Lexus dealer.

My Lexus car was Zateked, interior and exterior. Next day, whenever I was braking, I heard squeaking. Techs must have gotten some Zatek formula into the brake system! I felt as if I was driving a jalopy!! Not happy even though squeak has diminished. Service there is not as good as in the past. I also have to fight to get the interior Zateked even though we have an agreement to have it done.
