Took two days to replace the drivers seat for a failed heated seat circuit after waiting one month to get parts. They gave me a loner car but was not told it would take two days until after the car was brought in and waiting awhile. Very poor communication. Work was completed well. .

Service Tech did not review recommended findings from inspection. Several Caution items listed with pricing however we did not verbally discuss repairs or recommendations on this visit. Service Tech may have been busy??

Horrible ! I was told to allow my car to be repod let it sell at auction and then buy a new car. So they suggested I mess up my credit , just to get a new car. And I would still have two car payments. How selfish Rashad!

When in for a bulb change and 2 hours later came out with a list of things my car may need service on. Next time I'll be sure to have someone else change a bulb.
