My service took 8 1/2 hours due to staff shortage. I was told 3 to 3 1/2 hours. If I had know it was 8 1/2 hours I would have ask to reschedule. I wait for a phone call to tell me the car was ready, by 4pm, no call I called service dept and was told it would be the next day. I ask that I have the car then, they attempted to wash it and at almost 5pm told me it was ready. I feel that I should have been informed of the delays. I have been a 21 year customer.

The dealership is excellent but a new service advisor did not do very well!!

I brought the car in because it shakes when I brake and had an alignment and tire balance done. It still shakes, and now there is a weird sound like something is rolling around when I go around corners. It's in worse shape that before I brought it in.

I had to make multiple trips to get my service completed. Communications between service staff was not good. This is not the first time I e had issues when Ive brought my car in for service.

Routine inspection and servicing was excellent. Have a problem getting the seat to automatically adjust back to its setting and they can't find a solution. Their solution is to tilt the seat back to a reclining position. Can't do this as I am short and can't see out the front window if I recline while driving.

Talk you into buying stuff you don't need, services you don't need, and then just take your money. I got in an accident and after repaired I took it here to get checked to make sure everything was good. AC wasn't working right and headlight was out of whack. They said they "reset" AC and aimed headlight, billed body shop. Charged me $200 for 25k service and all they did was add some oil and fuel additives....rip off. Got car back, AC still didn't work right, headlight still out of whack, and now alignment was off. Took back ... read more

I was not provided with an exact estimate of the cost--just a ballpark guess when I pressed for it. The service was over $200 more than the ballpark guess and considerably over and above any other auto service I have had in the past. The loaner I was provided was filthy and had a windshield with extensive cracking. I was given the choice of that one or two others that were virtually out of gas. All in all, I will not be returning to this dealership for further service.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever came across. No follow up call back after running our credit. I had to call them back only to find out the vehicle I was hoping to get was sold in between the time I was waiting to hear back from them. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Worst service experience I have received at a Lexus dealership. The service advisor was too busy trying to sell services and use scare tactics to get me to let them replace items that could have waited.
