Tried to scam me saying they may have to run a diagnostic but will call before they do then take my car for the day and do the diagnostic without telling me and then I come back and they say that will be $157 for the diagnostic it should never cost $150 for a mechanic to plug in an OBD reader and test run each ac servo to tell me they dont work and hand me a 5000$ repair bill never going here again. And to top it off they continue to harass and spam call me for a quick survey

Maintenance items and charges should correspond to the mileage of the car itself. The service staff added items and changed the charges when charging. I dont know if I should do it or not.

Battery was down 2 days after the warranty expired. They charged me $170.00 for that, but they should not have done that.

I wanted a alignment but the guy who was suppose to do it left. So my car never got aligned. I sat there for 2.5 hours for a oil change which is unacceptable. I will be getting my oil changes some where else.

Had an appointment at 2:00 pm. Arrived at 1:30 pm and was told my car will be taken in right away. As it came closer to 4:00 pm., I walked outside only to see my car parked in the same place. I asked for the status and was told by the service person that it was overlooked. He looked at the paperwork and claimed he did his part and apologized. The clear bra application was poorly done. We had to schedule another appointment to fix the issues which is disappointing. We really like Superstition Springs Lexus and didn't expect this poor quality of work from them, but hopefully they'll be able to fix the issue on our upcoming appointment.

Absolutely horrible. They were trying to rip me off trying to get me to pay for things that didn't needed to be done. They take advantage of women. Made a rude comment that because of my profession I should be able to pay for my services despite what they are and when I refused they proceeded to make jabs about the company I work for. Extremely unprofessional!!

Didn't do anything ! ! Just gave me quotes to do some preventive maintenance - like clean a battery terminal for $50 - Went home n cleaned it in 10 minutes - That's $300 a hour for labor ? ?
