Didnt fix the issue on my car. Part is on back ordered for 2 weeks to 3 months. Wouldnt give me a loaner until part arrives.

For the last 3 oil changes Ive had an oil pan leak that started around $1000 and then ended up around $2000. This last time I went, no oil pan leak but about $2500 worth of other fixes needed. It Funny thing, I never had the oil pan leak fixed. SHADY!

I went to SS Lexus to see about a brake light on my dash. They sold me a 30k service, did not include cabin filter nor engine filter. Only visible work was cleaned battery cables and filled my windshield fluid reservoir. My brake fluid reservoir was not topped off even though it was half empty. I was told to correct the brake situation it would cost my over $1,700. I left telling the advisor I would get a second opinion. PS, this was my first time at this dealership and probably the last. Not very happy.

I had no idea they would charge me $75 to replace windshield wipers and then when it rained they were no better than the ones I had before I was shocked at the price and I wasnt told how much they would be until after it was done
went for rodent repair, paid 1k, issue came up 10 months later. now they charge anotherr 8k to fix the same issue? worst service and unreliable.
