Bought a car over a year ago and according to DMV the car is not under name... paying for a car I cannot drive.
The worst experience of my life with a car dealership and I've probably bought and serviced over 25 cars in my lifetime. Indescribably bad service.
Called on Friday and told the girl I am 100% buying a car tonight, please connect me with a manager. I get transferred to a not setup voicemail. I call back she takes my info. - no call back. I call a few hours later asking if they actually want my business since they didn't call me. She said "Oh I gave him the information, he didn't call you?" Nope. It's okay I got a GREAT DEAL and GREAT SERVICE in Tustin and bought my Nissan from them... the same night.
I wish there was an option for less than 1 star, they dont even deserve a full star. After explaing what we wanted they told us we could get a used car for less than 250, cool great, so we pick THE CHEAPEST car on the lot. Go inside to see how low the payments will be. We're promised the "best deal" That no one else gets. Cool right? Who doesn't love a deal. They tried to pull a bait and switch on us. We had negotiated a great price by email and phone over a week and a half. Surf City made the best offer; it was slightly higher than the next best offer, but it included a couple more options. We agreed to pick up the car. I texted our salesperson and also emailed their sales group to confirm the price and the VIN. Two separate people confirmed the price and VIN.
