Surf City Nissan has a SCAM of a maintenance/service department! My warranty was only for their dealership, but the service department refused to document when I would bring my car in for service or issues. They never issued a maintenance ticket, nor would they provide me documentation of what maintenance was performed. I even brought in recommended service write ups from my mechanic and Nissan would deny that there were any problems, even though the required service was under warranty! Because they steel from you I took a down payment for a new 2015 Nissan Altima & after 6 months they call me saying they have no records of any money I gave them worst dealership ever

Worse experience in negotiating. When Ramon brought us new paperwork on pricing, we caught that he was raising the price and when confronted his comment was "We are negotiating and we never shook hands on the earlier price." Very unprofessional and immature. I would never recommend Surf City Nissan.

Ramon does not negotiate in good faith and he smirks at his customers. Professionalism is definitely lacking. I hope he is not reflective of the Nissan product.

Worst dealership EVER, worst sales people, and everyone who works there calls themselves the GM! This place is down right the most horrible place I've ever had to deal with! I hope they never sell another car! After dealing with them, I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau! They single handedly ruined my credit with over eight hard inquires!!!! And nothing but a bunch of douche bag liar losers work there.

Why does every Nissan Pathfinder advertised have the roof rack cross bars on your lot, but my Platinum Version does not. And when asked about it, seeing that it's supposed to come standard, I was told I had to pay for them, even though I already did in my contract? I also found someone's dirty laundry in my vehicle when I vacuumed out the sand left in it from a previous user. And why was my vehicle sold to me when there was a fix it warning on a sensor for my passenger seat to deploy an airbag. The vin was ran at Nissan USA ... read more
