Went to this dealership to look at a juke. I already had a deal through the bank so all I had to do was find the car. The salesman talked me into letting them see if they can give me a better deal. Huge mistake. Comes back with a monthly car payment 100 dollars higher than what I already had. So when I decline and asked for him to give me the offer he tried to guilt trip me and asking me if he didn't do his job right. Blah blah. He was a young kid that had only been there 8 months. Worst experience. I was told via email that they could make a deal work for us, as my family has purchased several cars from Surf City (5 between myself, my sister and my dad). I made it clear this had to be set in stone because I was bringing down my two babies with me. We get there and the sales manager continuously makes me feel very low, putting down my credit score - totally unprofessional. They wouldn't budge on their sticker price, saying the best they could do was lower their interest rate to a rate I should only get... read more

Some shady ass motherfuckers :) false advertising is illegal. Y'all should check out all the lawsuits FTC settles each year. This dealership advertises false msrp. And once you're in the door they change the price. Too bad for them I have copies of all of their false ads :)

Had my tires rotated there. Good thing I only lived a block away, because they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of my wheels!

Horrible dealership and horrible customer service. I would give this place a "0" if I could. Ontop of that the employees drive the customers cars freely for personal use! Don't waste your time here.

Worst dealership I've been too in my life AND I WORK AT ONE!!! I have never been so mistreated and misguided at any other car buying experience. I went there to have my car traded in and talked to David and bought a 2015 altima. From the very beginning there were problems. We haggled on the price and decided on no money down, agreed. Got sent over to finance and I told David I did not want the extended warranty, that was now on the financing screen, the price we discussed was off.
