Everyone has been nice enough - but I made an oil change appointment for 9:15am and it's now 11:25am and I still don't have my vehicle back. My car is under a lease through Nissan and maintenance and care are covered so they aren't able to refund or compensate me in any way. Don't buy from them. They would not honor a price they came up with my Bank. They will do anything to make a buck. I went to another dealer and got an even better deal. AVOID THEM.

When I called ahead to make sure I could come by and pick up something that belongs to me out of a turned in vehicle they made me wait 45 minutes just to speak to someone willing to try to go get the person that was supposed to give me my belongings back. Now I'm still waiting, no help, I asked to speak to the sales manager and he walked out of the back door rather than speak to me! No way to treat a customer but since they already have my signed lease on my new vehicle they do not care at all. SAD WAY TO TREAT A CLIENT!

I was here to buy a GTR and was going to come back 3-4 hours later. I left and went home and a few hours later called to see if the car was available. Apparently, a Saudi prince magically came in the 3 hour time span and purchased the vehicle. The funny thing is we called and was told it was still available. I want to say the GMs name is Mark.
