DON'T, I repeat don't buy a car with these thieves. This is the worst dealer EVER !!! they will put in random charges in your contract or they will just lie about the "services" they sell. We were sold a Nissan Sentra (which turned out to be a lemon) and with that we were sold a "maintenance plan" for $1,700 for which they literally only did oil changes and "inspections" !!! I tried to get the problem fixed but the people there are so shady they will just give you the runaround for everything !!! I can't stand them I will ne... read more

Well, I came on here to complain about getting our brand new Altima's scratched windshield interior trim piece replaced since it had a deep scratch upon delivery and see that this dealership has a LOT of unhappy customer's. I am disabled from a back surgery which the staff I dealt with is aware of, so my wife had to be the one to take the car back to have the trim piece replaced. This is a simple fix: you pull the piece off and snap in a new one. I specifically sent instructions NOT TO SAND OR BUFF OUT the scratch because th... read more

My fiancé and I had absolutely the worst experience ever. We worked with several members of the Nissan staff, all of which were very shady. We were told of an approval over the phone, to which the number changed when we went to the location to sigh papers. We were also very clear with the amount we were able to put down on the vehicle, and without telling us, they increased our downpayment and never informed us. It was only when we were about to complete the paperwork for a second time that we noticed the changed. Our situat... read more

Just left service department. After an oil change they told my daughter she needed all this other work. Guy, that's his name, told her 2 items were under warranty. Long story short. Won't ever go back. Don't trust them.

Worst experience I've ever had in my entire car shopping life!!! Treated disrepectfully by a sales person DAMON, was yelled at and slammed the table trying to convince me his deal is better than mine thay I don't trust him. Obviously I don't coz the numbers all don't tie and very odd.. My husband yelled back at him for being disrepectful just to sell a car. Very pressured and treated bad today!! Walked out of this place because it's darn awful, I couldn't believe this place.. Very bad and their Nissan website says Yelp peopl... read more

Crooks stay away from this place their website gives you one price when you get there they add thousands to that price even if you call ahead of time to confirm the online price this place should be closed down & everyone who works there should be sent to jail for unfair & dishonest business practice!!!! You'll be sorry if you go there!!! Tustin Nissan is so much better & they are willing to work with you & will not jack up the price.

I went to Surf City Nissan after a car accident in March I went in just to look after being referred to them by my friend's fiancé. I felt pressured into buying a 2014 Nissan Versa Note and that is just the beginning. I ended up going with car seeing as how I was without one and was referred to someone who used to trust the salesman David. The car was at the top of my budget David seemed unfazed by this. I signed the contract and was ok with the car. I went 3 weeks without hearing a word from Nissan except for they were work... read more
