The positive was my battery concern was quickly resolved. However, I was not given a checklist of the items covered and status from the multipoint inspection. My receipt indicates that my tires were rotated. That was not done, per my request. That means it should not have been listed as having been done as part of my service.

Took the vehicle in for recalled items, also had a check light on. There communication was terrible, they had my car for 2 weeks and when I got it back, they rummaged through my glove box left the papers on the floor and my car looked as though it had been through a dust storm. I'm new to this are and unfortunately for future work will locate a different Ford Service Center.

Very very disappointed, after being a loyal customer for 8 year of buying 3 vehicles my son and grandson each buying a vehicle My granddaughter also buying a vehicle and I taking my vehicles for service twice a year, I took my wife's car for warranty work they wanted to charge me $1800 verify repairs needed after it was submitted to the warranty company what was found that needed replaced which was approved by warranty company and they already charged me another $500 to diagnose the problem in the first place, needles to say... read more
