made an appointment a week ahead. Dropped off Truck on Wednesday for check engine light and didn't look at truck until the following Monday. Then broke a bolt and had to replace manafolds. Poor communications on status, service and doubt if I return.

While the buying experience was straight forward, the experience afterward has been lackluster, bordering on failure. Clear and correct communication was a repeated issue regarding the vehicle's recall status, as well as a broken antenna that should have been easily noted by the dealership on inprocessing. The most egregious fault is the refusal to remove LoJack services from the vehicle, only to not provide the account for the service, which was not desired in the first place.

I can not recommend anyone service your vehicle at Surprise Ford. I brought the vehicle in specifically to replace a transfer case input seal and it was never done, nor was the transmission serviced. It sat at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. After the inspection I agreed to get the fluid changed in the front diff and that was all they did to the vehicle. Note, I would give them no stars but the app requires at least one star.

Paid for oil change tire rotation and inspection. Discovered tires were not rotated asked for inspection report and was told it was emailed. Requested it again still no report. Complimentary wash was on bill but not done. Tried to reschedule tire rotation was told they were busy. Tried to call the dealership to tell them I would be late. The reason for 1 star is purely based on my experience with Josh Nelson, one of the gentlemen in the finance department. Something else to note is the fact that this dealership is absolutely atrocious when it comes to customer service.

The vehicle was not washed or detailed as stated. The other dealerships we use always wahes the car and gives a paper checking off everything that they inspect with ratings. Like battery, good brakes good. Your the only dealership that doesn't do either of those things. Customer service rep is always polite and curteous. I give him a 5 star.

A communication difficulty occurred when I brought my F-150 in for the scheduled TSB of the transmission. The SVC person whom I worked with was no longer employed by Surprise Ford in AZ, and all of the knowledge of the transmission discrepancies were fired with him. I had to give the whole story of the last 5 years again (intermittent bucking and slipping of the trans -now 45k miles). Service was to rotate tires and complete two factory recalls. Service lasted 1.5 days for 2 hours of actual work time- the way it is at dealers these days.
