Working with KB Home loans was a miserable experience. Lack of appropriate loan options, lost or missing paperwork, other client confidential information sent to my wife and I and poor communication. I would not recommend ever using KB Home loans.

The entire loan process was a mess with unclear communications, lots of documents that need to be sent and RE-sent. The signing software did not always recognize me which necessitated printing. signing and scanning. My email was entered incorrectly.

Team work needed from everyone involved. Loan rep needed time to be the only one requesting from Buyer. Entire team obviously over loaded, rushing from start. Better monitoring/perusal of verif docs to avoid the many resends I had to do. Better communication between lender, sales, construction, customer service (walk through) and ESCROW. Everything was "last minute" and should've been prepared well in advance. Was there even a transaction checklist? Transaction coordinator? A timeline? A mess.

Lack of communication—Susan was absent on many occasions- sick- injury at the gym- day off for a birthday. The processor-abandon her position and 5 days later After telling me all was good— I received a terse email from another processor-requesting immediately, 10 items and 4 days after my delivery of those— I received 12 more items requested . This is after sending tax returns, bank statements and retirement accounts. I feel that the incentive to use KB LOANS was not worth it.
