"Awesome experience" Sutherland Nissan has a very warm friendly atmosphere...I was treated like family and my Service Mr. Will Taylor always takes care of my needs
"Great job once again" Will not only got the job done but searched my service history to see how old the battery was to determine if I would get a discount on the new one which turned out to be 50%!. Before I could ask, he had sent my car to be washed. In and out with no problem. Love that he was thinking for me!
"Excellent service" I made an appointment for warranty work on my 2018 Nisson Murano. It took less time than they had advised. All service personnel were professional and efficient as always. I have all my service work done here.

"Excellent service " My service person was very professional and very helpful. He listened to my concerns and he took good care is me and kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle.
"Service, oil and brakes" Nice, kind, knowledgeable, caring. I was able to use a coupon for oil change, however, I was not able to use one for the brakes. I that would have saved me more money. I was informed my master switch was not working and was given a price to repair. I decided not to, however, it worked later. Also, my brakes made a loud sound the next day. I pressed the emergency brake and released it and now it seems to work fine. Thank you
"Awesome" I had a great sales experience with Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia. Mr. Weis was great, very attentive to my needs and not overly aggressive. The GM Micheal gets things done and makes things happen. Curt in finance was very informative and knowledgeable about my trade and purchase. Them as a team is awesome.
"Air Conditioner Repair" As usual, customer service was excellent, Will sent me an immediate text to keep me in the loop for my vehicle inspection and need. My air conditioner needed an new compressor. My only complaint was that the work took an extended amount of time. I was told tow hours for the work needed and was there for seven total. Will was apologetic and had the price reduced for my wait. Over all long day but everyone was polite and accommodating.
"Brandon is excellent!" Right from the start, Brandon took care of us with excellent service! He handled everything very professionally and quickly. We will gladly go back and see him.
