"My experience was excellent. " I was purchasing a vehicle for my dad for his retirement. "Radar sensor problem resolved" Dealership able to resolve my problem with the radar sensor, Washed my car too. Also had tire rotation and oil change. Service was done in a reasonable time frame.
"Great Customer Service!" It was my first time at Nissan’s service center but customer service was great. Grace walked me around and showed me where everything I might need was. It was on a busier day but I was checked up on and provided with an ETA.
"Warranty Work" sherry set up everything and the vehicle was ready when promised. Sherry took good care of us and we always ask for when setting up service.
"Good service. " Good service and atmosphere. Salesman Vinny did a good job. My wife and I thought we got a fair deal. Would recommend to a friend.
"Expert service" My 2019 rogues sound system failed. Attempts to reboot it failed at the dealership. So a replacement unit was ordered. It came in a few days and I was contacted to come in for the replacement work. The service tech Andy Schafer brought my rogue in directly and did a fabulous job and was done in an hour. Great people to do business with.
