"Best Customer Service!" I always love going into this service department because customer service is excellent! Helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Waiting area is pleasant and comfortable if you can’t wait, Sutherlin Nissan offers to pick up and drop off.
"Great customer care" Terry and Curt did everything possible to get me in the car I desired at the right payment for me. They took the time to help place me in a car. No pressure. Very satisfied!
"Brooks and Jim are the BEST!" I love going here. It always feels like we’re with family. They treat me and the kids so well. Jim even have Anthony a snack pack for the ride home. It’s always a great experience when we go up there! They always keep me up to date on what my car needs and don’t try to over sale anything that is not necessary.

"Awesome Service--Again" Bought this car from Sutherlin in 2004 and have NEVER taken anywhere else for service. Why? Because Sutherlin has earned my trust and loyalty again and again. The latest service was another example of five star service. A complex series of items handled by Sutherlin better than even I expected. They are great!
"great service in a timely manner" came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and my service was done fairly quick. They also knocked out a recall and a car wash all in about an hour and a half.
