"Service" Be sure you know your service advisor name. (I didn't because I booked on line) otherwise you'll get tossed around when you go to check in. I was getting an oil change.
"Great experience " Made the long process very enjoyable and everyone was very friendly and personable. And I was able to get the car I wanted for cheaper than the competitor (Nalley Nissan).

"Nissan parts" Service was prompt & friendly. An installed item needed adjustment. Service manager Brandon resolved an issue I had satisfactory. He offered several options to find what best met my need.

"Justin provided exceptional and timely customer service" Justin and the repair team did a wonderful job and quick turnaround time!! I went for AC repair under extended warranty and was treated just as well as someone paying the entire bill amount. Very refreshing in today's Dealer Repair world as most just want to gauge you for every penny!
"New Purchase" Overall good experience on purchase of new commercial vehicle. Sales and finance staff very friendly. Some confusion with details of contract. Would recommend and would return for future purchases.
