"Satisfied Customer" Went in prepared to purchase a new Rogue, but was also ready to walk away if needed. I felt like they valued my time and the deal went rather quick. I was happy with the entire process to include trading in our old vehicle. Would recommend them, and will look there again for my next vehicles.
"Friendly but business like " I never give a 5 star rating. Always room for improvement. They met me as I arrived, was very friendly and answered all my questions. They negotiated tough, but at all times were friendly. They understand what most know, don’t get personal it’s business.

"Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful" We were greeted immediately by the young lady at the front counter. Our salesperson, Cass responded to us quickly and provided the best service ever. He was easy to talk to, humorous, serious when needed, understood reluctance but talked us through it and patient as we challenged him every step of the way. "Oil change & tire rotation " The service was just fine. I was there for over 2 1/2 hours which seems like a really long time with an appointment. The waiting area is comfortable.
"Sherry was wonderful. " Sherry was great! Took care of my car with an incredible personal touch. She even had it washed!!! She explained everything clearly to my husband and me. Very grateful. When the dash light came back on the next day, she just said to come back in when I could so they could fix it.
"5,000 miles checkup" It is always a pleasure to work with Brooks. I was in at 7:30 a.m. and out by 9:00. a.m. I thought that they usually cleaned/washed the car on service trips, so that was disappointing. But, overall it was great.
"Amazing Service" I had a good experience in my visit to Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia. As soon as we got out the car someone came to help us. Diego Atehortua was very kind and helpful. We ended up buying a car from him. He is also bilingual so that is a super plus. The finance department was very patient and helped us through everything in giving us the best deal.
