"Very Good Customer Service" I was very impressed with the accommodations and customer service provided. I was a comfortable atmosphere and everyone was friendly and professional. Sylvester was a great sales person, who actually gave me a good understanding of the features , and quality of the vehicle I was purchasing.

"Awesome" Service tech is very knowledgable and helpful! Service check in is fast and easy and overall service is fast! Waiting area is restful and comfortable and refreshments are available! Checkout is easy and prices are very fair! Would recommend to anyone!
"Service after the sell" As a consumer - service after the sell is what determines if a customer comes back to the same dealership. Sutherlin Nissan will have my business. My service advisor Sherry is tops. She knows I drive a lot of miles and basically keeps me on the road. If you make a quality vehicle that’s great - recommended maintenance - and keeping the vehicle running with little interruptions is a testament to the advisors and mechanics that keep me in the road!!!!

"Good service center" Didn't get the car wash as promised but overall great service , received a phone call to let me know when my car would be ready.

"No Pressure, Great Service" I was a little sceptical about financing a car for the first time but not only did the customer service reps call me and check on me they also helped me be able to get the car that I needed! Upon arriving to the store I was greeted by the man who would sell my Rouge. He didn't rush me, him and finance explained everything SLOWLY and in GREAT DETAIL. So I left happy knowing everything about my my car, the payments, the backup insurance, and all my features.
"Ask for Sherry" This is the fifth car I have purchased from Sutherlin. I have worked with Sherry in service for many years and she always makes sure that my service is spot on. She is awesome!!
