"Great Experience " Brought my car in for what I thought would be a simple repair and ended up with something that turned out to be extensive. My service coordinator Will kept me informed thoroughly for the entire repair and explained in terms I understood to help me make my decisions. The customer was Will’s biggest concern and it’s hard to find that these days. Definitely will continue my business with this dealership and service department.
"My radio on my 2018 Nissan Rogue quit working " I took the car in for the radio to be fixed. They had to wait on a new radio to be delivered so my car stayed in the shop for 2 days. I was kind of upset that I wasn't offered a loaner car but I was able to get transportation for those two days. They kept me informed on the process and how long it would take. "Oil Change" Always great service at Sutherlin Nissan. Brooks always makes sure I am 100% satisfied with my service experience and goes above and beyond to take care of my 370Z. I have moved further away from this dealership but will drive the extra miles to know my vehicle is in good hands!
