"Brooks is great!" Needed routine maintenance and a diagnosis of a noise the car was making and a fix on that and had to be ready to go to get to work by 11:30 Got there ay 9:00 and Brooke’s had me ready to go by 11:27! "Our best car buying experience EVER!!!!" My husband and I simply went to LOOK at cars, and we ended up leaving in a brand new 2019 Nissan Altima!!! Mr. Ramzi and Mr. Kim made the process simple, painless and quick every step of the way. Everything was straightforward and there was no pressure to buy. Mr. Ramzi even entertained our 2 boys while we did all the paperwork. I highly recommend Sutherlin Mall of Ga! We're loving our new Altima!!!!
"Brook Rezmer - service" Brooks has been our service agent the last several times we've had to take the cars (3) in for service and we like and prefer it that way. We like to feel comfortable and trust the recommendations provided. We feel the way to achieve that is to build a relationship/trust with one individual and that individual is Brooks. He is responsive, nice, and very helpful. I hope we can continue to call on Brooks for our service needs.
"Will Taylor, Serivce gUy" Will Taylor is my service guy. Hes the best.He help get everything taking care of in a timely manner. Tells you what needs to happen first with your car and what can wait. if you send you to the lobby, he'll check on you. Over all he's a great guy and Sutherlin Nissan should be happen to have him.
