I am a past client of this provider I want to see them work on consistency, we only had one that was consistent. It was a big help, it just unfortunately was explaining to a new person every time they came. It did not help as much as It could have.

I am a current client of this provider The caregiver only helps with getting him up and bathed. I'm not over there a lot of the time, but she only does the bare minimum for him.

I am a past client of this provider They could have sent someone who was qualified and actually sent someone when they said they were going to be there. They completely blew off their first appointment. I would like them to improve the vetting of their employees.

I am a current client of this provider The agency makes an effort to make sure someone shows up for us. We haven't had any consistency. We have only been with them for a small while, and we have already had a dozen different visits with staff.

I am a past client of this provider We flat out needed better scheduling. Some didn't show up when they were supposed to. Others showed when they weren't supposed to. They could have had better scheduling. We had trouble over the holidays working them in to cut some costs down.

I am a past client of this provider They called an Uber for the caregiver to take him to his appointments. My husband was nervous about that, so he went there to check on them. While they were there, the caregiver noticed and commented that her pants were on backwards and that was not a good image. The first day, the caregiver came and got dropped off and had no car. She asked us what car we wanted her to drive.
