I am a past client of this provider I didn't know if people would be here. I couldn't leave my house and trust them to be here. I couldn't get caregivers to show up, and I had caregiver fights break out in my home.

I am a past client of this provider I used Synergy Home Care of Prosper for my mom. The in-home care came in and helped prepare her meals, laundry, linen, and stuff like that. There were multiple issues. I thought we would only use it for two weeks. In the initial setup, we were supposed to meet somebody on a Friday.
