I am a current client of this provider They help to fix meals for me. I was just a little concerned when there were times that they notified me just before someone was going to come that someone was not going to come.

I am a current client of this provider I would like them to provide staff that actually show up. I would like them to actually show up and have the staff actually do the work.

I am a past client of this provider They could have provided the consistent care and caregivers daily. They needed to provide consistent care. They needed to have someone available on a daily basis.

I am a past client of this provider Apparently they have no help, nobody wants to work. They are short handed and the person caring for her had quit I believe.

I am a past client of this provider I don't know, probably the companionship is what helped me the most. I would like them just to be consistent in picking someone, getting someone to help.

Thanks Pat. Appreciate the feedback. Glad you enjoyed the companionship piece. As I mentioned prior, finding consistency with such short shifts is a challenge. We're happy to staff short shiftsfor our clients but there is a little give and take when the shifts are shorter. I appreciate your underwtanding of that.

I am a past client of this provider The agency needs better follow-through from management like a drop-in to check. They are too many people in the office that think they are managers.

End of life cases are incredibly difficult for the family and also the Caregivers. I spoke with the team extensively regarding the service provided and got their feedback as well.
