I am a current client of this provider I had them in here to watch him so I could go on a trip. He has a traumatic brain injury and does not have a filter, so he says things that are not nice. I was two hours out of town when I started getting phone calls about it and he did not get his compression hose on his legs the right way. He looked wild and crazy when I came in and he was struggling when I was gone. I was not happy with it and they did not bother to call me and ask me about things. I am a past client of this provider It depended on the caregivers. Two were excellent, and the others were so so. Below average for the paperwork though. When you have long term insurance, they go by fax or mail, not email. They didn't know how to fax it over. The agency needs to learn how to fax something for care insurance.

I am a past client of this provider The say they offer memory care. They don’t. All three of the caregivers that came had no idea what to do with my mom. I had to ask the giver to leave. She was more interested in her phone and writing notes. My mom was walking backwards with her walker and the caregiver sat on couch and said that is unsafe. We have cameras so we know what goes on while we are away. The caregivers were smokers and would come in smelling like smoke. I am a past client of this provider All the caregiver did was sit in a chair and look at me. They did not do anything to help me, and they provided poor services.

I am a current client of this provider I can't think of anything they can do to make my life easier. They are doing their job and Pam has been getting used to it. It has been working out in the right direction. I can't think of anything they can improve on. They have been doing a good job with Pam so far.

I am a current client of this provider They can have a greater impact by taking care of more things and what they do. I would like to see more repetition. They don't keep the same person coming out every time.

I am a past client of this provider It was a nice experience and they were friendly, but the services did not change much in my life. I did not really need the services. I like that they were very nice people. Two ladies came and cuddled me very nicely.

I am a current client of this provider It could be improved with a male provider to help me get showers. They need to get more male providers.

I am a past client of this provider They could have been a little more proactive, so we didn't have to tell them everything. Some caregivers were good, but others didn't do everything on the list. The best thing they had to offer was they return calls quickly and they're flexible.
