I am a past client of this provider They could have been better at following through with their promises. They said they would train their caregiver, but they assigned a caregiver who has zero training or orientation, didn't even know the name of the client, and had never worked for the agency before. I only got 2 hours' notice that the caregiver was coming and I had to train her. They should improve the training of the caregivers.

Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to me as the owner of this company. In our weekly meetings we discuss each family we are working with and the Caregivers assigned. We make the best match possible and always introduce Caregivers in person. Illinois law requires that Caregivers have a minimum of eight hours of training upon hire and we train all new Caregiver in the orientation process prior to them starting a case. I am a past client of this provider The services could be improved by having better communication. There was no effort that I could see from them to get us another aide in. I would like to see the communication from the ownership and office staff improved.
