We tried both locations. National City and now this location in Downtown this week. The tacos were amazing. Full Tijuana experience. I highly recommend this place. The owner Roberto was checking upon us making sure the food and service were on point. The adobada and vampires were delicious.

Food and service are top notch! The place reminds me of TJ big time, I grew up going to the Tijuana Tacos El Franc. Best tacos in SD

The atmosphere is nice but they need to cook the carne asada longer. Service is good very kind great customer service.

We had the carne asada tacos, french fries and flan. I recommend them all! Definitely worth the wait that's created by standing in line to order. Great seating area in the back. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Michelin star taco stand from Tijuana. Absolutely the best.

Food is delicious! Adriana and Liz were so helpful And kind! They're very hard workers and dedicated to their customer service, food was quick to come out and very fresh! The only thing that that I found distasteful was the taquero in the back, I didn't catch his name but he wears a black shirt and has glasses, and is a little bit older. It's a win for a vegetarian that they have an option! Maybe even two on their whole menu. It's a good vegetarian taco, but pretty basic that you can make just as well at home. The service here though is definitely top notch. Quick and friendly. Lots of seating. Boyfriend said the asada taco is pretty good - has a nice smokiness to it. Just a tough selection when you have Tacos El Gordo down the street. But still worth a try! No crazy line or long wait for the food.

Food was amazing, adobada was immaculate. To be honest better than tacos el gordo down the street. Also the beef brisket was so tender and delicious

Reallllllly tasty!! I love a Tijuana style taco and these don't miss. Adobada and suadero are a must and they have a tasty lengua!! Don't skip the flan its way too good and its a nice slice! Service is so friendly! We picked up the wrong tray and they were so nice about ensuring everyone had the right order! Love it. Ambiance is fun and like a classic counter service spot but the art makes it more fun!

Honestly what can't i say ?! AMAZING service and freaking incredible food as always! The young lady in front found out her name ADRIANA E. As it said on my receipt I would just love to say she has phenomenal charisma very friendly my family came from the east coast and she again blew my mind as well as Mr. Robbie on the mic did amazing! Thank you Tacos El Franc like always superb !
