Nice Mexican hole in the wall with amazing street tacos made to order. The real deal. Got the food really fast. Nice and hot. Vampiros were delicious and crunchy. Great sides including lime turnips and cucumbers. Very friendly staff. Also glass window into the kitchen so you can watch them cook.

So tasty! Everything we ordered was amazing. The tacos were to die for--we loved them so much that we got back in line for more. The customer service was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the horchata.

I came here on a weekday night, and the wait was minimal. Food came out very quickly, which I appreciated. I ordered the adobada and suadero. I really enjoyed how the pork was crispy and the sauce complemented it well. Suadero reminded me of beef brisket and was also very juicy. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that the food wasn't as warm as expected, and it was pretty expensive; two small tacos (not enough for a full meal in my opinion) cost me ~$12. We walked by this place for 5 days, and on our last day we popped in to give Tacos El Franc a try. Had no idea what to order, we were not that hungry, but we wanted to see what the late night lines were all about. We ordered the carne asada and a mixto (beef and pork) with flour tortillas. All we can say is WOW, and why did we wait until the last day. These were so good, and full of flavor. Now we see why people line up for these tacos. Can't recommend this place enough. Spaced taking a photo of the actual tacos. Ooops

tacos were pretty good! they had a lot of meat inside and sauces were tasty. Staff was super friendly and food came out quick. it sadly doesn't beat my love for el gordo but these came close!

Drove 45 min from Oceanside after StateCup (soccer). It was roughly 3pm full house, they were so friendly and accommodating they made space for all 30 of us in the back outside. The food I haven't had tacos like these since I was a kid going to TJ! The quesadillas have fresh pinto beans in them!! Salsas are delicious. Lived it so much we went back the following weekend!! Came hungry and left completely satisfied after my experience at Tacos El Franc! We were greeted by a super hospitable and welcoming gentleman at the register, and we were honestly shocked by how fast the service was. Even with the quick turnaround, they definitely did not sacrifice quality. We ordered the cabeza, adobada, carne asada, and tripa tacos, plus an order of adobada fries to share. Loved it! Finally, the spot from TJ is here in the states. For anyone that has been to TJ, knows Taco el franc is the spot over Gordo. Surprisingly, this spot is not crowded or busy. This place is almost the same as the TJ one which is why I don't know why it isn't as busy. Ordered Taco de asada, adobaba, lengua, and Cabeza. Everything was amazing.
