Verified Renter Going on my 6th year and has been a very successful stay in the Hendry community. The property is clean, well kept flower beds, and additions to already nice amenities such as resort style pool, and workout facility. My experience with the maintenance department has been excellent! Jose & Mike are the 2 best people that I have dealt with in my 5 years. The management team are nice, and try hard to accommodate all community needs.

Verified Renter I have loved living here because of staff, maintenance, access to shopping/restaurants, and apartment layout. The one thing that is disappointing is the package conceriege. I have lost a couple of packages also the noise level has definitely increased. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment experience.

Verified Renter r service is good at times, but unfortunately you do not have a full interest in resident complaints I filed a complaint against someone who always steals my shoes and steals any order I request, but unfortunately you did not pay attention to the complaint at all, although it is very important.
