Verified Renter The property is well maintained and our apartment is great. I love that when a maintenance request is put in, it is resolved quickly. The only change that I have seen is that the past two months, I pay the rent and then get a past due balance alert due to something was not included. This makes it kind of hard for someone on a budget and I budget how much I will pay on other bills based off my total rent due. Not sure what has changed, but it used to not be this way.
Verified Renter Overall, my experiences at Sandstone have been great! That is for a 5-year span of time. But my true love is for plants and landscapes. The Sandstone landscape, when I first moved in, was amazingly beautiful. Then we had the worst winter that we had in years, and it killed the majority of the plants. New owners have replaced many of them, but without continued proper care, they soon died. Secondly, dead leaves are piled up everywhere.
