So nice being right in the middle of all my top things in Waco in an affordable and updated apartment complex. It’s even better than expected because staff is so friendly and accommodating.Makes for a pleasant living experience.

Verified Renter Love the property!!! Staff has been amazing and very helpful. The only issue is that my children need access to my unit and there is no option unless they are on the lease. This is a big inconvenience to me as my commute to/from work is over an hour and they sometimes run errands for me. PLEASE, put the regular door lock with key if there is no other option. If I had known this would be an issue, I probably would have gone to another property!
